A Simple Thank You Goes a Long Way!

Join us in showing Canada’s doctors that we’re grateful for their commitment and recognize their impact on our lives. Taking a moment to express our gratitude is a simple way of telling doctors how much we appreciate everything they do.

Once submitted, notes of thanks will be displayed on our virtual wall (coming soon) and shared on social media. Select messages will also be featured in The Globe and Mail later in May.

  1. I have provided the testimonial set out above in text to RBC Ventures Inc. (“RBC”).
  2. I grant RBC, its affiliates, marketing and promotional agencies, and each of their representatives (collectively, the “Releasees”), the right to use, copy, and publish my testimonial (in whole or in part), in any form of media, at any time, throughout the world, and in perpetuity, for promotional or other commercial purposes. I further consent to the testimonial being translated into any language.
  3. I acknowledge that RBC has the authority to identify me as the author of the testimonial, including the use of my name, province of residence, photograph, image or likeness, and voice (each, in whole or in part).
  4. I acknowledge that RBC, its affiliates or their marketing and promotional agencies may edit my testimonial prior to publishing for length or in order to remove personal identifying information such as but not limited to physician names, healthcare institution names or the names of other healthcare staff members.
  5. I affirm that my testimonial is my opinion based on my personal experiences, is genuine and unique to me.
  6. I grant a full and final release and discharge to the Releasees from any loss, liability, claim, damages or cause of action I may have in relation, directly or indirectly, to the testimonial, including any claims based on defamation, invasion of privacy, rights of publicity or moral rights for the use by RBC of my testimonial.
  7. I acknowledge that this Release is given without monetary consideration and that neither me nor any third party representing me, can claim any amount with regard to the use of the testimonial.
  8. I acknowledge and agree that I have read and I understand this Release. I have executed this Release voluntarily and it is binding on me and any third party representing me.
